A. There is no fee to use our service, it is free for everyone who is minimum of 18 years or older. In order to see the contact information of a prospective bride or groom, you need to be registered and login to the system. The registration is free. You can register by clicking "Register Free" from the top menu or left menu bar when you are at our home page.

A. To see and browse the list of prospective bride and grooms, you do not need to be registered. However, you need to register and login to see their contact information and to submit your Ad profile so that others can find and contact you. This registration is free and takes only minutes. You can register by clicking "Register Free" from the top menu or left menu bar when you are at our home page.

A. You need to provide your name (first, middle and last), name of city and country where you live in and a VALID email address so that we can send you your account activation instructions. You also need to choose a password to login and a UserName which is like a nick name to login and see/browse prospective bride/groom. But we do not collect any detail personal information like date of birth and actual address.

If the profile has a picture, you can click on the picture to see the large picture. If you like the profile and want to contact that person, you click "Contact this person" and type your subject and message and then click "Send Message". Your message will be sent to that person right away and we shall send an email to that person informing that she has received a message from you. You can repeat this process over and over again and search and contact as many brides as you like until you find the right one for you. You can also submit your Ad profile here at our website for free so that other millions of people around the world can see your profile and contact you.

On the page where you see the detail Ad profile of that person, you will see a link that says "Contact this person". You just click on that link and you see a page where you type your message that you want to send to that person. Once you are done with typing your message and subject, you click "send message" button. Your message will be sent to that person right away. That person will receive an email from us saying that he/she got a message from you and the person will be able to see the message you just sent and will also be able to see your information and any Ad profile you have with us. After seeing all these, if that person decides to communicate back with you, then he/she will send you another message and you will receive an email from us saying that you received a message from that person. Then you come to our site and longin using your username and password and click "Read Messages" to see the message right away. The communication between you two can continue from this point. This information is correct for any Ad profiles on our huge database. You search from our website and find the person you like, then you click "Contact this person" and your communication starts with that person.

A. It's easy. You first come to our home page at www.PrimeMarriage.com and click "Login" to login to our system and to let us know who you are. After that, you click "Read Messages" from either at the top right corner of our home page or from the menu bar on the left side of our home page. You will see a list of all message you have received from various people, some of which you have already read and some are new. The new messages are shown in bold, while old messages are shown in regular. You can also sort the messages based on date it was received, person who sent it or subject or detail message etc. Then click any message you like to read where it says "Read more..." to see and read the whole detail message. Once you are done reading the message, you can reply, delete, see sender's info, see sender's Ad profile if there is one. Once you are done with doing whatever you like with that message, you can close that window and come back to the page with the list of all messages and read other messages.

A. It's very convenient and takes only few minutes to submit your Ad profile with us so that millions of people around the world can find you. It's free of cost. You first need to register as a member with us, if already have not done so. It's free too. Once you are registered with us, then from our home page click "Post Free Ad" from top menu or "Submit Your Ad Free" from left menu bar. It will then guide you throughout this easily process. Provide the required information and a detail description of you. The required fields are marked with *, so you must provide correct information for those fields. You can also submit a nice picture of yours so that prospective bride/groom becomes more interested to you and contact you soon. You can also provide information about various preferences/criteria of the person your are looking for. The information you provide in this Ad profile will be visible to our millions of visitors and registered users around the work. You contact information can only be seen by our registred members. Other information can be seen by all people. We also want to inform you that we analyze all posted Ad profiles before letting other users see those. We do that to make sure all genuine Ads are there and no false Ad is submitted by anyone. We are very strict about this. A. If you can't see the contact information of any Ad profile, that means you are not loggedin to our system. If you are a new user and have not registered yet, then please register first by clicking "Register Free" from the top or left menu at our home page. Once you are registered and you have activated your account by following instruction in your email that we send after registration, you need to login to our system by clicking "LogIn" from top or left menu bar from our home page. Once you are loggedin, you can see the contact information of all prospective bride/groom profile. Then you can contact the prospective bride/groom you like.

Q. How can I update my user registration information?

A. If you need, you can update your registration information by clicking "Update User Info" from the left menu bar from our home page. But you will need to login first so that we know who you are and let only you see and update your profile. Click "LogIn" or "User LogIn" from our home page to login first. Once you are logged in, click "Update User Info" from the left menu bar from our home page. Then we shall show you your current information with us and you can update the information you want by following simple instructions on that page. You can not change your password from that page though. The password can be changed from our home page by clicking "Password Change" from left menu bar on our home page.

Q. How can I read the message other people sent me?

A. You come to our site at www.PrimeMarriage.com and and login to our system using your username/password. After longging into our system, you click on "Read Messages" from the right top corner of our home page or from the left menu bar from our home page. Then you will see the list of all message you have received so far. The new messages will be shown in bold and other messages will be shown in regular font. To read any message, you click on "Read more.." link on that message toward the right side of the message on that same line. A new window will show up with the detail message. This new page will also have buttons like "reply", "delete", "See Sender's Info" and "See Sender's Ad" etc. You can reply, delete or view sender's information from this page. Once you are done with this message, just close that window and come back to our website open in other window. Then continue reading any other messages you have and do whatever you like to do with those messages.

Q. How can I change my password?

A. You can change your password from our home page by clicking "Password Change" from left menu bar on our home page. We will need you to enter your username, email address, old/current password, then choose a new password and re-enter that new password (so that you are sure you remember your new password). If your username, email and old/current password is correct and new password meet our criteria, we'll change the password for you and send you an email notify that. A. We understand people can forget password and that's ok. We have way to let you back in to our system by verifying that you are the real user and somebody else is not trying to steal your information. We store your password in our system in a highly reliable and encrypted way. We ourself even can't know what the real password is becasue it is encrypted for security reason. So we can't tell you what your password is. In this case, we verify your email address and after that we reset your password and send you an email with newly reset password. You check your email (and only you can check your email) and find newly reset password and use that to login to our system. Then you can change your this password to something you like and can remember now. See the answer to the quesiton "How can I change my password" in this page to find out how to change your password after we have reset it for you and sent to your email address.

Q. What if I forget my UserName?

A. No problem. If you have forgotten your UserName, then we shall email you the username so that only you can see that (because only you can check your email). Just click on "Forgot UserName" link on the left menu bar form our home page and we'll ask you for your registration email address. You tell us what email address you provided during your user registration and if that information is correct, then we shall email you the UserName to that email. This way only you can check your email and find out your Username and nobody else can know that.

Q. How can I update my submitted Ad?

A. You can update your Ad after you have submitted it. We first need to verify that you are the real person who submitted this Ad profile with us. So we need you to first login to our system with your UserName/Password. Once you are logged in to our system, just click on "Update Your Ad" from the left menu bar from our home page. This will guide you though the easy process of updating your profile. We may need to ask you to verify some more information such as contact email address submitted in that profile and your password. Once you verify this information, we'll show you your current profile and let you update the fields or information that you want to change. Once the update is done, just click submit/update button. We'll then update the database with your new information and verify the new information to make sure it meets our criteria. Once the verification is complete, visitors will see your new information in our website.

Q. How can I delete my submitted Ad?

A. You can delete your Ad if you have found your bride or groom already. We first need to verify that you are the real person who submitted this Ad profile with us. So we need you to first login to our system with your UserName/Password. Once you are logged in to our system, just click on "delete Your Ad" from the left menu bar from our home page. This will guide you though the easy process of deleting your profile. We may need to ask you to verify some more information such as contact email address submitted in that profile and your password. Once you verify this information, we'll delete your Ad profile with us and no one incluidng yourself can access this Ad profile anymore.

Q. How can I make my picture, email or phone number private or public?

A. You can click "Update Your Ad" on the leftside menu bar from our homepage. This will show you your current Ad profile and there are 3 checkboxes, 1 for picture, 1 for email and 1 for phone number. If you want to make any of these information private then you click that corrosponding checkbox. If you want to make any of these information public, then you do NOT check that checkbox. Then finish updating the ad profile and your new seeting will be saved. This is how you can control which sensitive information you want to keep private or public. If you want to make your photo, email or phone number custom viewable which means some people can see some of these informatoin but not all people, then you can use "Truste People" on the leftside menubar from our homepage for that purpose.

Q. What is "Trusted People" thing here?

A. The "Trusted People" is a very important and useful feature of www.primemarriage.com. We understand that some people may not want to share Picture, Email address and phone number with everyone. They want to keep these information restricted. They want to share some of these information with some selective people but not with everyone. For example, you might like to share your picture and phone number with X, but you do not want to share your email address with X. You also like to share your email address and phone number with Y but you do not want to show your picture to Y. You may want to keep a note about Z who first sent you a nice message. "Trusted People" lets you do all that. You can Add as many people as you like to that list. For each person in that list, you can control what information each person can see. For example, person1 can be set to see email and phone, person2 can be set to see picture only, person3 can be set to see everything etc. You can also delete or modify these preferences anytime you like.

Q. How can I let someone see my picture, phone number or email address?

A. If your picture/phone/email is marked as public then everyone can see it, so no need to worry about letting someone see it. But if your picture/phone/email is market private, then you need to add that person to your "Trusted People" list in order to let him/her see your private information such as picture, email or phone. When you add that person to your "Trusted Poeple" list, you check that checkbox that says allow this person to see my "picture" or "email" or "phone". You also need to konw that person's username in order to add him/her to your list. If you do not know the username, then you can send him/her a message asking for that. If that person sent you a message, then you can see his/her username as the sender or from information of the message.

Q. How can I stop someone from seeing my picture, phone or email?

A. If your picture/phone/email is marked as public then you first change that to private. use "Update Your Ad" on the left menubar from our homepage to do that. Once you have done that, then if that person is in your "Trusted People" list, then uncheck the "picture" or "email" or "phone" checkbox field in that list for this person. If you do not want this perosn to see any of your private information then just delete him/her from the "trusted people" list.
